It has been another fantastic week in London!  Marguerite and I visited the Fashion & Textile Museum and took a long stroll along the Thames.  Marguerite was then introduced to her first dinosaur at the Natural History Museum, and we managed to squeeze in a little baby "rhyme time" at the local library (our favorite Friday activity).  Today Matthew, Marguerite and I ventured out to tour Westminster Abbey, only to find it had closed an hour before we arrived.  We then got caught in a massive rain storm and by the time we got home, we were completely soaked (even though we were wearing rain gear).  Aaah, just another day in England!

A Low-Key Weekend

We were planning to spend a day in Oxford this weekend, but Marguerite and I have come down with stuffy noses and sore throats.  Therefore, Matthew and I decided we should explore our neighborhood a little more.  We spent some time in the lush, beautiful Wimbledon Common yesterday, and we took Marguerite to feed the geese in a nearby pond today.  Late last week Marguerite and I shopped on High Street Kensington and strolled through Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park before starting the weekend.  Here are our most recent pictures!

From Portobello to the Queen's Palace

Marguerite and I have been hitting the streets again this week, soaking up everything we can in London!  We visited the Victoria and Albert Museum, then spent most of Saturday morning checking out the Portobello Market in Notting Hill with Matthew.  Yesterday was quite a treat.  Marguerite and I toured the Buckingham Palace State Rooms (the Queen is on holiday) and got to see Kate Middleton's stunning dress in person! Now if I could just meet the Duchess, I know we would be best friends.  Here are some snapshots from the week!

Marguerite was ready to get out of the flat and see more of the city
